TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

PAYMENT:

• Payment through Paypal or direct bank payment only.
• Currency: EUR
• Partial payment of 50% must be received before I start working and after the initial rough sketch is completed and reviewed by the commissioner.
• Payment must be received within 3 business days after I give you a slot.FLOW OF WORK:

• Step 1: Sketch - you can request changes to the drawing with up to 2 edits
• Step 2: Color plan / Rough colors - you can request changes to the base colors (the sketch is no longer applied for re-edit at this point)
• Step 3: Rendering and final image – you have 1 free edit. Exceeding the amounts of edits will charge you 10EUR per edits.

Note: I will contact you in the original place you asked me for a commission to discuss changes and edits.WHAT I CAN DRAW:

• Stylised: Profile pictures, characters, creatures.
• Creating and visualizing your original characters
• Designing your original characters (for video game, graphic novel, animation, comic, webcomic)
• Concepting your original character’s reference sheet
• Fanart
• Pin-up (slightly provocative)
• Anything else can be discussed beforehand and I will state if it is doable or not, or if I need extra time to invest myself into learning before I am able to do so.

Note: I work best with original ideas and most comfortably with the design and concept of your ideas based on your descriptions and reference source.WHAT I CANNOT DRAW:

• NSFWREFUNDS:

• If you decide to cancel within 3 days.
• If I cannot provide/finish the artwork for any given reason.DEADLINES:

• Artwork will be finished within 1-3 months after partial payment is made. You will receive the artwork once the full payment is made. Anything necessary faster can be discussed and depending on just how much faster you want it, there could be a price increase.
• If you need me to meet a certain deadline, let me know in advance and I’ll let you know whether I can work with those conditions or not.WHAT YOU GET:

• Digital illustration (there is no physical copy).
• Full resolution digital image at 72 dpi or 300 dpi please state so beforehand.
• Output: high-quality PNG (unless you request a different format).DISCLAIMERS:

• The base price commission is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
• As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the client.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
• You have the right to use the final digital image for personal use. (i.e. print it for yourself, online display, etc.) However, neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product, and use it for commercial purposes. You are not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
Credits to me ( ©IrisTenshi; the artist) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.
(I won't hound you on this but I highly appreciate you doing it as it hurts me as an artist otherwise.)
• You MAY NOT resell the image to third parties (i.e. make prints or merchandise from my artwork for sale, or resell the original digital image for money, building commercial brand) unless the work is charged for commercial use.
• No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token); my art, wether commissioned, pre-existing or future, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else. I strictly prohibit usage for AI learning.
• You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only,
meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods, unless pre-emptively agreed on.
